Special Winter Detox Soup

Materials you will need:

  • Half onion
  • Half a pack of peas
  • A few leaves of baby spinach
  • Half lettuce finely chopped
  • Broth from vegetables
  • 5-6 mint leaves & very little salt ,pepper

Implementation:
Sauté the onion with a little olive oil and then add the peas, lettuce, boil spinach, salt and pepper along with vegetable cube.
When ready, mash them in a blender and your soup is ready!
On the plate when serving the soup you can put fresh mint leaves.
