Beet and cabbage soup (borscht)

MATERIALS

  • Beetroot fresh grated
  • Cabbage white and red cut
  • Grated carrot
  • Onion finely chopped
  • Potatoes
  • Tomato paste 1 tablespoon
  • Salt , pepper

IMPLEMENTATION

  • Fry all the vegetables and tomato paste and add water , bring to a boil and when the potatoes soften or soup is ready.
  • Serve warm with a tablespoon of yogurt on top .
  • You can make it velvety if you just mash it with a hand blender.
