MATERIALS
- Beetroot fresh grated
- Cabbage white and red cut
- Grated carrot
- Onion finely chopped
- Potatoes
- Tomato paste 1 tablespoon
- Salt , pepper
IMPLEMENTATION
- Fry all the vegetables and tomato paste and add water , bring to a boil and when the potatoes soften or soup is ready.
- Serve warm with a tablespoon of yogurt on top .
- You can make it velvety if you just mash it with a hand blender.
