Salad with Cretan dako and egg

Materials you will need:

  • 1 Cretan dako (nut)
  • A pepper
  • 4- 5 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • Oregano
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olives

Time for some magic…

Grind the Cretan dakos in a blender and place it on your salad plate. Then boil the eggs and cut them into rounds, as seen in the photo. Enrich your salad by cutting cherry tomatoes, olives and green pepper for extra vitamin C.

Because even salad needs imagination, to make it more interesting!
