MATERIALS
- Groats
- Fish tongue
- Tomatoes
- Dry onion
- Grated tomato
- Olive oil , salt , pepper
IMPLEMENTATION
- Fry the onion , add the tomatoes, the semolina and the grated tomato.
- Cover with water and boil until the oatmeal is soft ( it should keep enough of its sauce, we're not afraid it will absorb it in the oven).
- When it's ready, spread it on a tray and put the tongue fillets on top
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 180΄C
