Barley with shrimps

MATERIALS

  • Shrimps cleaned
  • Dry onion
  • Tomato juice
  • Ouzo (optionally)
  • Oil, salt, pepper
  • Feta and parsley for garnish

IMPLEMENTATION

  • Sauté the onion in a little olive oil and add the shrimps, extinguish with a little ouzo, after it evaporates, add the cherry tomatoes and then the tomato sauce.
  • At this stage we will add the barley and cover it with water. Stir constantly until our pasta is ready (if necessary, add more water).
  • We season.
  • When serving, add the grated feta cheese with the parsley on top.
