MATERIALS
- Shrimps cleaned
- Dry onion
- Tomato juice
- Ouzo (optionally)
- Oil, salt, pepper
- Feta and parsley for garnish
IMPLEMENTATION
- Sauté the onion in a little olive oil and add the shrimps, extinguish with a little ouzo, after it evaporates, add the cherry tomatoes and then the tomato sauce.
- At this stage we will add the barley and cover it with water. Stir constantly until our pasta is ready (if necessary, add more water).
- We season.
- When serving, add the grated feta cheese with the parsley on top.
