Split peas

Materials you will need:

  • 1 white onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 celery
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 1/2 fl. split peas
  • 3 fl. water
  • 3 fl. vegetable stock
  • salt, pepper

Implementation:
Sauté the onion in the oil with the garlic , celery and carrots.
Then add the fava beans with water and vegetable broth and let them all boil together. When they are ready, mash them by adding a little more water.
