What is Fast Fitness?
The reason for intense, personalized exercise with the guidance of a professional in a short period of time which does not exceed 20- 30 minutes. The 2020 and the 2021 we realized three things regarding systematic exercise and its performance:
- We can spend less time, but with more concentration and intensity
- We need the guidance of a professional and an expert, who will deal with us individually
- It requires consistency
Even if you are in the kitchen of your home, between the computer and the office chair, exercise can be done if you really want it to be. Your trainer may not be around, but on one screen. It is very important that there is the required training of each gymnast so that he can provide us with security in the exercise program.
The Fast Fitness offers the possibility for everyone to include exercise in their daily life, even if they have limited time, small children or have difficulty walking long or short distances. So we created a series of dynamic and limited time programs, as is the 20FF, so that we can all take care of ourselves.
