Summer holidays have been combined in our minds with walks on the island, drink and night, endless hours of sunbathing and touring from village to village and from beach to beach.

But in reality, This summer break from our routine (And where "routine" do not put a negative connotation) It is our need for reconstruction and rest. Yes, We need a change of rhythms and performances, But after all, we may not need this summer binge hunt so desperately.

How to achieve spirituality on vacation

  1. Choose books carefully, that will inspire you (Even if it's not a best seller, as long as they meet your own spiritual need).
  2. Do you make sure you go on vacation with positive and pleasant people?, that won't pressure you for anything.
  3. Do you enjoy diversity in practice?, that Greece offers and you do all those hobbies that you have been craving for so long but (Do you think that?) You don't have enough free time.
  4. You don't forget to stop and literally gaze at the beauty of the landscape, of nature...
  5. Avoid one-dimensional interruptions and try, Are you experimenting?.
  6. You reserve some time just for yourself and yourself.

So after these summer holidays, you will have dared, Happy, Rest, recharge batteries, understand your needs, enjoy the present and finally, you will have changed.
