May September be the 9th month of the year, but in reality it marks the return to a daily schedule. For many of us, it's a new New Year and it works like January in everything,what about our goals.
The change in our lifestyle also moves in this logic, with more systematic exercise and a balanced diet. Many mistakenly believe that spring and summer are the most suitable months for the above change. Yes, are the two seasons that motivate us to take more care of our bodies. But what about ourselves?; They are enough 2 and 3 months for THE change;
September: The month that inspires changes in our lives
September = fall and fall means back to routine, in its positive sense. Especially if we create an enjoyable and achievable routine, then we will enjoy our lives more without getting lost in obligations and realizing the wishes for increased personal time.
So why is September ideal for a change?

- He generously offers us time to build the change we desire for our body and health, setting a goal for next spring or summer (even for Christmas).

- September is the month of the heart, thanks to World Heart Day. So it reminds us with the corresponding research and statistics how much good we can do for our health, if we pay attention to our diet and training every day.
- This particular month gradually puts you on a schedule, through small changes and specific, measurable goals that are realistic and achievable.
So let's love September more and the abundant time it gives us, combined with the opportunity for a great lasting change. This year, don't combine autumn with a return to a routine that we don't like and that doesn't express us.
