Functional moves
No Gym, No Problem

A short program of combination exercises to mobilize trunk strengthening and burning fat with our body weight.

Try to do it too late to the beginning and you will slowly improve with the practice.

Place your elbows under your shoulders and knees under your hips. By keeping back the back put strength on your toes, lifting your knees very little from the ground.

Then put strength on your palms, and activate the abdomen by staying again in your original position.

Slowly push your legs forward and lift your heels to form an angle as it activates your abdomen.

Repeat the exercise 10-15 times.

With the same logic, continue the execution of other exercises by measuring the repetitions accordingly depending on your physical condition, the time of stay in each exercise – stop.
