Nowadays walking occupies more and more ground as an exercise and outdoor activity especially from the quarantine period onwards.

Perhaps for many it is already the No. 1 habit when they want to exercise and not unfairly, as the benefits which the body obtains, the organism and the spirit from the walking they are really numerous.

The everyday fast walking 30 minutes, maintaining good posture, helps strengthen the legs, in the stimulation and tightening of the muscles. Increases muscle mass and helps prevent cellulite. These are among the main benefits of walking, since with increasing intensity (walking at a fast pace) your body is burning calories and fat!

But the thing is that most people don't know how to walk properly and as a result they get frustrated when the only goal is to lose weight!
