Nature, clean air, good friends and very positive attitude!
These were the main ingredients of Let’s Walk on Sunday 29/1 in the Crab, where, together with Eleni, first we walked and then we worked out with the 20RF program.

Walking is also a very good form of cardiovascular exercise that helps keep blood pressure at healthy levels., just like any other type of exercise, releases endorphins and helps with well-being, increasing self-esteem, in sleep, even in pain tolerance.
On the other hand, it has been proven that outdoor exercise can significantly improve our mental and emotional health, to revive us, to reduce stress and improve our mood. Also, exposure to the sun is the ideal opportunity for our body to produce the necessary amounts of vitamin D.
