On the occasion of Mother's Day, Sunday 8 May, I invite you with your children, your friends, your girlfriends and whoever you want for company, to walk together and learn all the walking techniques!
Nowadays walking occupies more and more ground as an exercise and outdoor activity especially from the quarantine period onwards. Perhaps for many it is already the No. 1 habit when they want to exercise, and not without reason, as well as the benefits the body receives, the organism and the spirit from walking are really numerous.
Daily brisk walking while maintaining a good posture, helps strengthen the legs, in the stimulation and tightening of the muscles. Increases muscle mass and helps prevent cellulite. These are among the main benefits of walking, since with increasing intensity (walking at a fast pace) your body burns calories and fat!
But the thing is that most people don't know how to walk properly and as a result they get frustrated when the only goal is to lose weight.
So it's an opportunity to learn how to walk properly for a better life!
