Strawberry snack time

Materials you will need:

  • A box of strawberry jelly
  • A low-fat yogurt
  • Frozen forest fruits (B.C. berries)

Good to know:

A light dessert based on the benefits of yogurt and fruit, which has just 90 calories (kcal) the piece.

 

Time for some magic…

Boil two glasses of water, be careful not to be too warm. Pour the contents of the jelly into a bowl and add the water. Let it cool down, put the yogurt in and mix with a hand mixer. At the end, add the fruit and put it in the freezer to freeze. We keep it in the refrigerator.

 

You serve and enjoy a healthy and low-fat dessert!
