Fig sorbet

Materials:

• 2 cups of figs
• Sugar
• Lime juice
• Hot water

Implementation:
Place the figs with the sugar in a pan to caramelize.
Transfer to a bowl, add the water and grind with a blender.
Put in the freezer.
