MATERIALS
• 1 kilo of chicken breast fillet
• 30g. oats
• 100g. grated parmesan
• 100g. flour
• 3 eggs
MEAT MARINADE
Salt pepper paprika olive oil
IMPLEMENTATION
We marinate our meat for 1 hour at least.
In a bowl, mix the oats with the parmesan. Beat the eggs in another bowl and put the flour in a third .
Dip the chicken breast first in the flour, then in the egg, and then in the oats with the parmesan.
Fry or bake in the oven at 220' for 25 minutes.
Serve with yogurt sauce (yogurt olive oil and dill)
