MATERIALS
For chickpea meatballs
• 500gr. chickpeas soaked in water at least 12 hours
• One medium onion
• Half a bunch of parsley
• 2 garlic cloves
• Coriander, half a bunch
• Cumin
• Curry
• Salt and pepper
• Olive oil
• Oat flakes ground
For the tahini sauce
• Tahini
• Water
• Lemon juice
• Salt
• Pepper
• Olive oil
IMPLEMENTATION
Grind the onion and garlic in a spice blender and put them in a bowl. Then grind the chickpeas and add them to the bowl. Add our spices and grind while slowly adding the oats until we have a pliable mass. Shape into the desired size and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until golden brown
