MATERIALS
- 530gr. soft flour
- 300gr. butter
- 100gr. powdered sugar
- 170gr. almonds
IMPLEMENTATION
Beat the butter with the powder in the mixer. When it becomes foamy, add the almonds and flour. At this stage we do not mix, very evenly to homogenize the ingredients. Shape into the desired shape and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, at 180c. As soon as we take them out of the oven, pour flower water and powdered sugar directly. As soon as they cool down, dust them again with powdered sugar.
