MATERIALS
For the marinade:
- Pork shank
- Sliced orange + juice
- Fresh rosemary
- Fresh thyme
- Mustard
- Garlic
- Salt pepper
- Honey
Accompanying:
- Potatoes
- Cut sweet potatoes
For the icing:
- Honey
- A little balsamic vinegar
IMPLEMENTATION
Line our counter with aluminum foil and parchment paper. We add all our ingredients on the bun and do a light massage. Add the orange slices under the core. Close the greaseproof paper well and from above with the aluminum foil so that there is no loss of moisture. Bake in the oven at 200 points at least 2 ½ hours. After the hour, open the parchment paper in a pan and add potatoes and sweet potatoes inside. Bake for another hour. 15 minutes before taking it out of the oven, brush the meat with the mixture of honey and balsamic vinegar.
