Fit protein bowl

  • Half a cup of low-fat yogurt
  • 3- 4 Strawberries
  • 1 vanilla flavored protein scoop
  • Half a banana
  • Cocoa
  • Cashews
  • almonds

This is a very nutritious protein breakfast or snack, strawberries, nuts and cocoa. Together with the rich nutrients it offers us the required energy, for a demanding day.

 

Time for some magic…

It is prepared quickly and easily since the only things you will need, it's a blender and your ingredients! Mix half of the low-fat yogurt with the strawberries and the protein. Then serve and place half a sliced ​​banana on the bowl, some cocoa (as much as everyone prefers, avoiding excesses), cashews and almonds.
