Materials you will need:
- Half a cup of low-fat yogurt
- 3- 4 Strawberries
- 1 vanilla flavored protein scoop
- Half a banana
- Cocoa
- Cashews
- almonds

This is a very nutritious protein breakfast or snack, strawberries, nuts and cocoa. Together with the rich nutrients it offers us the required energy, for a demanding day.
Time for some magic…
It is prepared quickly and easily since the only things you will need, it's a blender and your ingredients! Mix half of the low-fat yogurt with the strawberries and the protein. Then serve and place half a sliced banana on the bowl, some cocoa (as much as everyone prefers, avoiding excesses), cashews and almonds.
