- 1 Mr. chia seeds
- Frozen berries
Nutritional characteristics
Spirulina contains more than 100 valuable nutrients and indeed in a high content (95%), compared to most foods (10- 15%). In particular, it contains high quality proteins (50- 70%), lipids, sugars, vitamin B1, B5 and B6, vitamin E, b- carotene, iron, copper, potassium, zinc, magnesium, phosphorus, iodine, calcium, antioxidants, fatty acids and chlorophyll.
