Materials you will need:

  • 1 yoghurt, ideally free- milk
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 2 Ms. green tea powder
  • Nuts, flaxseed or honey for garnish

Kiwi has detox properties, as it contributes to the detoxification of our body. It is rich in vitamin C, E and K while containing potassium, folate and magnesium.

The stuff in this recipe for breakfast or a refreshing and detoxifying snack, they are very simple. You mix the free in the blender- lact your yogurt with green tea and... done!

Serve sprinkled with some flaxseed or nuts of your choice.
