I'm sure most of you have associated your holidays with sleep, sunbathing, entertainment and abstinence from any activity! But don't neglect physical exercise! You will feel well-being and full of energy! Yes, It's true! Naturally, No need to go for a run or visit a gym! There are simpler ones & Inexpensive ways to exercise, such as the following:
- Walk to the beach (preferably morning or afternoon hours, to avoid the heat)
- Swim, Always with care
- Do some water sports
- Play rackets, beach volley, beach socker, Etc.
In a nutshell, Do the,what pleases you! Have a great time, Socialize and smile!
