A positive attitude has valuable physical benefits, our mental and spiritual health. We know it, we just often neglect it or don't know how to fit it into a demanding everyday life. We are waiting for the perfect conditions, to show or evoke our positive mood.

But because the circumstances of our lives are almost never "perfect", let's create the most beautiful moments and find a way to provoke, to stimulate and maintain our positive mood.

Eleni Petroulaki suggests "flexibility"

Indeed the "elasticity" in the way we deal with the situations around us, it boosts positive mood and ultimately makes us happy. We are called to be modern, flexible, smiling and inventing daily ways to endure and see life positively.

Let's not forget that we are all different. From the body and the way of thinking, until reaction and response. So the solution is to recognize the difference of the other from us and to adapt in an inventive way to whatever, what is happening to us. This is exactly the essence of positive attitude.

Bonus info for the positive attitude

Researchers analyzed data 1.000 of middle-aged and older people in the US and the result was that good mood also benefits memory over the years.

In every assessment, participants described different positive feelings they had recently 30 days. In the last two reviews, they also completed a memory test.

The researchers studied the relationship between positive mood – enthusiasm and cheerfulness- and memory impairment. Η Claudia Haase, of Northwestern University, stated that the findings showed that memory declines with age. The amount of attenuation was not homogeneous.

Emily Hittner, stated that people with higher levels of positive mood had less rapid memory decline over time 10 years. The findings were published in Psychological Science.Remaining Time-0:00
