The holidays – for most of us – have arrived! What we all want is to rest, to leave everyday life behind us and let ourselves be carefree, relaxation and tranquility. To feel, however, Healthy, We should not neglect our diet. If you can't afford to cook or the kitchen feels like a "nightmare" these days, Don't worry! Just follow these tips:

  • Do not neglect breakfast
  • Don't skip meals (per 3-4 hours)
  • On the beach prefer fresh fruits
  • If you go outside, Order some grilled meat or fish with salad
  • Instead of a cocktail, Prefer a glass of wine
  • Don't let your body become dehydrated! Drink enough water!

What if one day you get carried away?, It's not the end of the world! The next day just eat lighter!
