Exercise during the holidays... But the holidays are holidays and a period for rest! Because who said that exercise is not a form of rest;
So we remind you that exercise is oxygen, time for you, joy that comes from the production of endorphins and more, energy, action, health, mental discharge. These positive concepts are so fitting for the Christmas season, as well as in your preparation for a dynamic, positive year.
Exercise during the holidays: I mean, what should I do?;
- Make use of your vacation time.
- Make a smart program. If, for example, you have arranged to be absent or you know which days will be full of friends and family tables, make sure that the previous ones have been exercised with increased intensity and for an increased time (optional and of course as long as you can stand it). This way you will enjoy the moments with your people with more enthusiasm and energy.
- Try to make your ideal program for systematic exercise, to test the limits, your endurance and above all your will. Don't forget to "listen" to your body in all this.
- See your friends outside, in some activity in nature (mountain, sea etc.)
- Combine aerobic exercise with weights.
- Define the time of training and the corresponding time of rest.
Additional tips for holiday exercise
- It is an inviolable law that we do not exercise while we have eaten. We want at least three to four hours to have passed.
- We increase pulses with high-intensity programs, but we "listen" to our body and its endurance.
- The more high-intensity program we follow, the more calories we will burn even after training.
- We enjoy nature and wear comfortable clothes, even in the low temperatures with cold.
- We increase the intensity gradually, strengthening the program with weights and aerobic intensity by increasing the time day by day.
- We seek the guidance of an expert, to adapt to a new training program.
Remember that even 20 minutes of exercise it is enough to see the change in your body and in your life!
